MagicboxGPT for Travellers — your whole trip, one dossier
For travellers · families & frequent flyers

Every ticket, passport and booking — one trip dossier.

A trip arrives as twenty scattered emails: tickets, hotel vouchers, visas, cab receipts. Forward them as they land and MagicboxGPT assembles the whole journey into one dossier — on your calendar, gaps flagged, and every document in your hand the second someone asks for it.

Every trip, the same scramble

The documents are all there. Just never together.

🔎

Twenty emails, one trip

The airline, the hotel, the visa agent, the cab app — each sends its own confirmation, weeks apart, and none of them know about the others.

🛂

Passports at the worst moment

Check-in wants the passport number, immigration wants the visa page, and the expiry date nobody checked is six months away.

🛬

The arrival card on your knees

Flight number, passport number, first night's address — all of it in a bag in the overhead locker while the queue moves.

🚕

Receipts scattered after

Cabs, meals, the hotel folio — spread across inbox, WhatsApp and the camera roll when it's time to claim or split.

One trip, assembled from the confirmations you forwarded — with the two gaps it spotted.

1

One dossier per trip

Flights, hotels, transfers, visas and insurance — recognised as the same journey, ordered by date, with every confirmation number in place. Download it as a single PDF and carry the trip offline.

2

The whole trip on your calendar

One tap blocks every leg — flight times with terminal and seat, hotel nights, transfers. Anchored to the departure airport's time zone, so it reads right wherever you open it.

3

Passports & IDs, expiry tracked

The family's passports, visas and licences in one private place — flagged when a passport falls inside the six-month validity window, and produced the instant a desk asks for it.

4

Arrival cards, filled from your own documents

Passport number, visa number, flight number, first night's address — exactly the fields immigration forms ask for. Ask on the plane and they're on your screen.

5

Gaps flagged before you fly

A night with no hotel, a missing airport transfer, a return leg still unbooked — it knows your dates, so it can see what's missing while there's still time to fix it.

6

Every cab receipt, totalled

Forward Uber and Ola receipts and they attach to the right trip. At the end you get the total and a claim-ready sheet with every receipt bundled.

Then just ask

In plain words, mid-trip.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is MagicboxGPT?
MagicboxGPT is a personal document and life-admin assistant for busy people in India. Forward any bill, ticket, policy, screenshot or statement — it reads the document, files it in the right place, and hands it back the moment you ask, so nothing is lost and nothing important slips through.
How does it build a trip dossier?
Forward each booking as it arrives — flights, hotels, cabs, visas, insurance. MagicboxGPT recognises they belong to the same trip, orders them by date, and assembles one dossier: every leg, every confirmation number, every document, in sequence. One tap downloads the whole thing as a single PDF you can carry offline.
Can it add my trip to my calendar?
Yes. One tap adds the whole trip — flights blocked with terminal and seat, hotel nights, transfers — to your calendar. Flights are anchored to the departure airport's time zone, so a booking reads correctly whichever city you open your calendar in.
Does it help with arrival and immigration cards?
Yes. The details those forms ask for — passport number and expiry, visa number, flight number, your first night's hotel address — are exactly what MagicboxGPT has already pulled out of your documents. Ask on the plane and it hands you every field, so you can fill the arrival card without unpacking your folder.
Can I keep passports and IDs in it?
Yes — passports, visas, driving licences and the family's IDs, with expiry dates tracked. MagicboxGPT flags a passport that's inside the six-month validity window before you travel, and pulls up any ID the second a check-in desk or immigration officer asks.
Does it flag gaps in my trip?
It does. Because it knows your dates, it can see what's missing — a night with no hotel booked, no airport transfer, a return leg you haven't booked yet — and tells you before you fly rather than when you land.
What about Uber and Ola receipts?
Forward them and they attach to the right trip automatically. Your past ride receipts are already sitting in your email — forwarding a few is the quickest way to start, and at the end MagicboxGPT totals the trip and hands you a claim-ready expense sheet.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your documents are yours alone — private to your account, never sold, and we never spam you or make sales calls. Passports and IDs are visible only to you and the family you invite.
Does MagicboxGPT read my email inbox?
No. MagicboxGPT only ever sees the documents you choose to forward to it — it does not read your inbox, your chats or your contacts, and nothing is scanned in the background. You decide exactly what to send, one forward at a time.
Is my information going into an LLM?
MagicboxGPT uses AI to read and understand your documents — that's how it files them and answers your questions. But your documents are private to you, are never sold, and are never used to train AI models. The AI works only for you, on what you send.
Is it free? What does it cost?
Completely free. MagicboxGPT is in free public beta — forward as much as you like, ask anything, and get your trip dossiers and expense sheets, at no cost.
Does it work for the whole family's travel?
Yes — forward everyone's tickets, passports and visas to one Magicbox and it keeps each traveller's documents organised inside the same trip, so the household shares one reliable memory instead of four scattered inboxes.
Who's behind MagicboxGPT?
It's built in India by a small team of ex-Google and Amazon engineers, for the way Indian families and businesses actually deal with paperwork.
